Refund & Cancellation Policy
At GOLFCARTRENTALS.ORG, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve created a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy to support both our customers and our local agents. Whether you need to adjust your rental dates or cancel a booking entirely, we’re here to help make the process easy and stress-free.
1. Standard Cancellation Window
You may cancel your golf cart reservation for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
2. Partial Refund Policy (24–48 Hours Notice)
If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any applicable service or processing fees.
3. Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable. This is due to vehicle preparation, logistics coordination, and agent availability already committed to your rental.
4. No-Show Policy
If a customer is not available at the time of delivery and has not communicated with their assigned agent or our support team, the reservation is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations
We do not issue refunds for light rain or inclement weather unless local conditions prevent safe operation or delivery of the golf cart. If a storm, hurricane, or extreme weather event makes your rental impossible, we will work with you to:

If your assigned agent is unable to fulfill your rental due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical failure, double-booking, or emergency), you will receive a 100% refund, including any delivery fees. We may also assist in rebooking with another local agent if available.
7. Early Returns
If you choose to return your golf cart earlier than the scheduled pickup time, no partial refunds will be issued for unused rental days unless previously agreed upon with your agent.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To initiate a cancellation or request a refund:

We typically respond within 24 hours and resolve refund requests within 5–7 business days.
9. Disputes and Escalations
If you believe a refund has been unfairly denied or need help resolving a disagreement, you may escalate the matter to our corporate resolution team at [email protected].
10. Credit Usage and Gift Certificates
If you cancel within a non-refundable period, we may offer you rental credit for future use at our discretion. Credits and gift certificates are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
