We reserve the right to remove or modify reviews that:

Are submitted by users who did not complete a rental

Customers may edit their review once within 7 days of posting if:

Agent ratings are calculated using an average of recent verified reviews and are used to:

If a dispute arises over a negative review, both the customer and agent may submit their perspective to our support team. We may:
