Pickup Policy
At GOLFCARTRENTALS.ORG, we make returning your golf cart just as smooth as the delivery. Our local rental agents are trained to ensure a hassle-free pickup process that works with your schedule while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper handoff procedures.
This policy explains everything you need to know about how golf cart pickups are managed across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
1. Standard Pickup Procedure
At the end of your rental period, a local agent will retrieve the golf cart from the agreed-upon location. This could be your home, vacation rental, resort, or event venue.
To ensure a smooth return, please have the following ready:
Cart parked in a safe, accessible location
Keys and accessories (e.g., chargers) available
Any personal items removed from the cart
2. Scheduled Pickup Time
Pickup times are scheduled in coordination with your local agent during the initial rental setup. Most pickups occur within 1–3 hours of the rental end time.
If you need a more specific pickup window or early pickup, just notify your agent at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Cart Condition Upon Return
Before the cart is picked up, please ensure:
The cart is clean and free of excessive debris
The battery is charged (for electric models)
There is no unreported damage or misuse
Carts returned in unsatisfactory condition may incur cleaning or damage fees.
4. Late Returns
If your cart is not available for pickup at the agreed time due to delays or extended use, the following may apply:
Hourly Late Fee: May be charged depending on local policy
Full-Day Charge: For pickups delayed beyond several hours
Rescheduling Fee: If a return must be rebooked due to missed appointment
